Arth Patel, CPA
It is an honour to lead All Task Services, continuing the trusted legacy established by Dawn Ross. With a strong background in accounting, I bring a strategic and detail-oriented approach to helping clients manage their finances with confidence and clarity.
Acquiring All Task Services has been an exciting opportunity to build upon a well-respected foundation while introducing new processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and client experience. I remain committed to upholding the company’s core values of integrity, accountability, and excellence in every engagement.
Beyond my professional role, I’m passionate about continuous learning, community involvement, and fostering strong relationships—both in business and in life. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, playing various sports, which help me maintain balance and bring fresh perspective to my work.

NANCY STANTON
Why I choose to work at All Tasks: When searching for a position as a Bookkeeper I wanted a position that allowed me to do more than just enter the numbers. I wanted the opportunity to be useful, needed, have my brain access old knowledge and be able to fill it with new. I wanted to share my knowledge with co-workers and clients alike. I more than lucked out when Dawn asked me to join the All Tasks’ Team.
My favourite thing about my job is being a bookkeeper (it is my bread and butter, after all), giving me the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, and putting more than numbers into the bookkeeping that we do!
Personal likes/hobbies: I am a mom to two young boys, a teenage girl, and a fur-mom to two dogs, three cats and two fish. On my time outside the office, I like to tackle different craft projects either with the kids or on my own and to explore Calgary and the surrounding area with my family and
friends.

Why I choose to work at All Tasks: When I first came into All Tasks Services for my interview, I had to wait at the conference table while Dawn finished up a phone call. I noticed behind me there was a big wall full of inspiring, positive, and supportive quotes. I knew immediately I wanted to work here.
Any company that made an effort to boost up their employees in addition to its clients was going to be a good fit for me.
Favourite part: I’ve experienced nothing but support, encouragement and trust since the day I started. Dawn is always ready and willing to teach and encourages me in the development of my trade. Which makes coming into work my favourite part of the job!

Why I chose to work at All Tasks: I was looking for a change in my career. Even though I have years of experience as a bookkeeper, I was looking for something that would challenge me a little bit more. I wanted to be able to use the knowledge that I already have with my fellow co-workers and clients, but to be able to also learn new things in return from them. Working for All Tasks has given me an opportunity to grow more in my profession, as well as personally. But after my phone interview with Dawn and then meeting the team, I knew that All Tasks is the place that I wanted to be and am so happy that they asked me to join them!
Favorite Part: The team at All Tasks has made me feel so welcome, supported and encouraging from day one. The atmosphere is very relaxed, yet professional. It has made coming to work a happy and exciting part of my day.
Personal Likes/Hobbies: I like to travel, to experience other cultures and try new things. I also like to read and do paint-by-numbers, going to see movies and being with friends and family.

Favourite Part working at ATS: One of my main goals is to continually expand my knowledge of accounting practices and tools. All Tasks offers a wealth of resources and training opportunities that allow me to stay at the forefront of industry standards and best practices. The mentorship and encouragement I receive from my teammates have been invaluable, and it motivates me to continually push myself toward new goals.
Personal Likes/Hobbies: I love to travel and try different cuisines. I like going out for a nice and peaceful walks by the lakes. I am fond of shopping and love music. In my free time, I like spending time with my family and friends.

I started All Tasks Services Ltd. in the summer of 2007. Over the years our commitment to effective solutions for our clients has only strengthened and grown. I’m proud of the small business resource that All Tasks has become, and I’m so excited for what the future holds for our customers and team under the new leadership of Arth Patel.
I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to serve our community, and to gain all of the wonderful relationships my role as owner of All Tasks brought me.
